DETAILED ACTIVITIES:
Strategic Sales & Market Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the commercial vehicle sector.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial sales strategy, encompassing market segmentation, target customer identification, value proposition development, and competitive analysis.
- Position UpFleet, including its Uptime Service Suite and FMS components, as a key differentiator and value driver in the market.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within commercial fleets, including fleet managers, transportation executives, and purchasing departments.
- Understand customer needs in-depth and develop customized solutions that leverage the full range of company products and services, with a particular emphasis on UpFleet.
- Effectively manage the sales process from initial contact, through needs analysis and solution design, to contract negotiation and successful implementation.
UpFleet Solution Ownership & Management:
- Collaborate closely with IT and relevant technical teams to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the UpFleet platform, including its web-based and mobile applications.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for UpFleet, possessing a deep understanding of its features, benefits, and value proposition for commercial fleet customers.
- Provide ongoing support to customers utilizing UpFleet, addressing technical issues, training needs, and user adoption challenges.
- Contribute to the roadmap for future UpFleet enhancements and upgrades, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Sales Operations & Performance Management:
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, finance, IT) to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Keep up to date of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial vehicle sales, fleet management technology, and relevant digital solutions.
Industry Engagement & Networking
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's brand, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Position UpFleet as a leading solution within the commercial fleet management space, showcasing its capabilities and benefits to a wider audience.
