C&B Officer is responsible for performing work related to the management of personnel records, salary and remuneration policies for employees.
Job Description: Timekeeping and Payroll
- Ensure the timekeeping, calculation of staff’s monthly salary, insurance and PIT are accurate and on time.
- Ensure other employee’s fringe benefits comply with all relevant regulations, laws and employment policies.
- Provide other reports related to staff’s compensation & benefits as required Contract and Laboral Document Management
- Provide monthly budget forecast for salary, PIT, Insurance, employee’s benefit
- Provide monthly reports to internal departments (such as staff cost), and external authorities (PIT, Labor reports, Social Insurance etc)
- Follow up and ensure that employees’ labor contracts and all other related documents (salary adjustments, appointments, job transfers, terminations, etc.) are issued on time and accurately.
- Ensure all salary payments and supporting documents are complied with government and company’s regulations
- Carry out Staff Performance Evaluation process as per policies and procedures.
Database Management
- Ensure staff database is up-to-date and completed
- Collaborate and maintain all staff data management system
- Provide other reports related to staff’s information as required
Others
- Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager
- Back up other team members
- Participate in assigned departmental projects
