Compliance Specialist

Responsible to oversight the ethical and social polices/ programs are up to date and implementation.
Ability to research, analyze complex regulations/laws and provide solutions to support business objectives and Introduce new compliance assessment programs to suppliers.
Monitor and review existing suppliers to ensure, maintain compliance with required Ethical and Social Compliance programs and follow through with any audit corrective actions needed.
Be a member of HR team, supporting HR related work;
Translate documents or meetings when necessary;
Monitor the validity of social & security audits, certifications and other required audits
Ability to use sound of judgement to make effective decisions within context of compliance and be able to support decisions with facts and details.
Other related tasks as assigned by management;

Team Building

Have strong knowledge in Compliance and CSR;
College/University degree in relevant fields (Law, CSR, ...);
Experienced in receiving factory Audit teams;
Working in the factory experience is prefer;
Experience as Compliance position at least 2 year.
Language required: English 4 Skills;
Good team player, learning attitude, able to work under pressure;
