Mô tả công việc

• Understand the business goals and research objectives of the project to propose effective research methods for each stage of brand development.
• Manage the quality of project implementation from the agency: ensure the quality of collected information and practical action recommendations.
• Write summary reports, proposals, and present results to the Brand/CMK Director/BOD.
• Collaborate and explore the market to gather information on brands and seek consumer feedback related to the industry/brands.
• Contribute to the development of research plans/provide brand data in collaboration with brand team.
• Lead, guide, evaluate, and further develop team members.
