Continuous Improvement Manager ( Quản Lý Cải Tiến)

The role
This job’s purpose is to spearhead the establishment and embedding of a continuous improvement culture within our organization in the constant close discussion with MT team.
Key accountabilities
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, your tasks are the following:
- Establish Continuous Improvement Framework: Develop and implement a robust continuous improvement framework to foster a culture of innovation and excellence across the company.
- Guide and Facilitate Greenbelts: Lead the selection of high-impact projects that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Monitor Project Progress: Oversee and monitor the progress of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, and drive the continuous improvement team and broader organization towards a culture of sustained excellence.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Others: According to assignment of MT team

Skills & experience
To be successful in this role you bring:
Education:
- Master Black Belt in continuous improvement methodologies
- Good at oral and written English communication skill
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement roles, with a proven track record of leading and facilitating approximately five successful projects.
