Purpose
Plan customer development strategies and implement the executive department's annual business strategy plan to ensure the achievement of annual goals
Main tasks
• Formulate and implement business execution plans and goals to ensure the achievement of goals
• Master industry and market trends to plan short-, medium-, and long-term product sales strategies and expected goals
• Develop and expand new customers, provide the Bank with high-quality services, and increase the profit opportunities and sources of the department
• Maintain and improve the relationship with key decision maker level of the existing customers to meet customer needs in a timely manner, grasp customer operating conditions, increase business opportunities and implement post-loan management
• Training and supporting ARM to do their job more efficiently to make sure all BAU requirements from the clients can be done smoothly and on time, as well as to help RM to get high wallet share of the trade, cash and FX business from the existing clients.
• Providing regular account reports to Management

Financial Aspect
• Operating Income, both from Net Interest Income (NFI) and Non Fund Income (NFI)
• CASA, Term Deposit and TMU target achievement rate
• Operating Income Growth rate
• NPL ratio
Non-financial Aspect
• Number of customers, customer retention rate
• Effectively develop the number of customers
• Frequency of Customer Calls/Visits
• Cross selling
• Regulation and Group policy compliance
