Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the entire CRM customer portfolio, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer data
• Define, create, and monitor customer lifecycle stages to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and retention
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design, implement, and analyze CRM-driven communication campaigns
• Track the performance of email, SMS, and other direct communication channels and optimize campaign results
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and touchpoints
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Analyze customer behavior, and engagement metrics to generate insights that drive business decisions
o Present actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and management
o Proposing new metrics, reports and data collection if needed
