- Fabric storage monitoring and fabric inspection records
- Document control and records for each department of the factory (cutting report, production records, ironing and finish report...)
- Maintain factory quality system up to buyer's requirements
- Maintain factory organization and standards up to buyer's requirements
- Provide training to factory team leaders regarding buyer standards
- Trims and accessories control
- Attend technical audit with buyer
- Handle technical person and quality team during factory visit
- Support production team to prepare documents
- Communicate in English with buyer's quality team
- Visit factory every week
