1. Main responsibilities:
Promotion operation management:
• Ensure scheme operation of category at total channels & customers on time in full
• Ensure trade notice procedures for all trade promotion activities are complied
• Tracking scheme in daily frequency to maintain data at the most updated
Gift logistic management
• Ensure procurement process are followed from purchase order to goods receipt notes & payment.
• Follow up gift delivery to ensure readiness for trade activities on time in full
• Handling and Feedback issues of Orders
• Continuously update master data gift
POSM logistic management
• Ensure procurement process are followed from purchase order to goods receipt notes & payment.
• Follow up POSM plan-in timeline with supplier for smooth plan-out on time in full
• Handling and Feedback issues of Orders
• Other tasks: Assigned by CSP Manager
