Mô tả công việc

1. Course Consultation and Customer Care:
Provide course consultation and design personalized learning plans for each student.
Support parents and students throughout the registration, payment, and class arrangement process, ensuring a smooth and exciting start to their learning journey.
Offer comprehensive customer care, monitor learning progress, address feedback promptly, and assist with course re-enrollment.
Achieve individual sales targets, build strong customer relationships, increase referral opportunities, and contribute to the overall team goals.
2. Improvement and Collaboration:
Propose ideas to enhance the customer experience process and contribute to the center's development goals.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, teachers, and other departments within the center.
