Night Shift
7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Vietnam Time (1-hour break)
– Be ready; you will be requested to switch the working time frame to a Mid-shift
2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Vietnam Time or a Day Shift
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Vietnam Time.
– No annual leave application during the peak seasons (November 15th - February
). The Tet Holiday
is exceptional.

JOB DESCRIPTION
:
Provides excellent online shopping experience to all customers in all marketplaces by helping resolve customer issues by promptly answering customer emails, inbound/outbound calls, voicemails, and live chat. They will also perform special projects designated by the Team Manager.
