Principle Responsibilities
• Provide timely post-sale service support to customer follow by Fujifilm Business Innovation Vietnam standards
• Ensure product performance and service cost are followed by company target
• Provide post-sale service activities (installation, break fox, customer training, maintenance, customer call assistance…).
• Improve service skills and knowledge in terms of technology and product changes followed by Service Manager’s requirement
• Information record and report to Service Manager in a timely manner
• Maintain service tool, van kit, technical documentation in top good condition
• Ensure customer satisfaction are achieved within own Machine in Field (MIF) territory
