• Received order from customer: confirmed email then make PI / layout. Set up new Item / new price/ Nhận đơn hàng từ khách hàng: xác nhận email rồi lập PI/layout. Thiết lập mặt hàng mới/giá mới
• After Approved issue SO / PO and pass to production dept or supplier/Sau khi phê duyệt phát hành SO/PO và chuyển cho bộ phận sản xuất hoặc nhà cung cấp
• Confirmed ETD with client/Xác nhận ETD với khách hàng
• Follow up with production / supplier and make sure ship out on time./Theo dõi sản xuất / nhà cung cấp và đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời hạn.
• Send PL & AWB after sending/Gửi PL & AWB sau khi gửi
• Send Invoice / shipping doc on each shipment /Gửi Hóa đơn/chứng từ vận chuyển theo từng lô hàng
• Resolved issue (if need)/Giải quyết được vấn đề (nếu cần)
• Overtime working (if need)/Làm thêm giờ (nếu cần)
