(Hong Kong), specializes in the development and production of adidas Football products. With 120 production lines and a workforce of 6,000 employees, Bowker Vietnam is proud to be a Tier One factory for adidas.
The Win Hanverky Group operates three factories in Vietnam, alongside additional facilities in Hong Kong, China, and Cambodia.
Purpose of Job:
Responsible for managing the lean department to improve and enhance operational performance: process standardization, process improvement, process & system development, 6S implementation, lean ability culture improvement and implement lean Maturity Assessment requirement (LMA 2.0)
Key accountabilities:
Deploy and supervise 6S implementation to team members and other departments
Responsible for follow up daily/weekly/monthly lean Maturity Assessment Implementation (lMA 2.0)
Follow up production system & operations to standardize manufacturing process
Arrange, supervise work/or team members, train and develop team members
Other tasks are assigned by intermediate superior

General requirements:
Ability to manage a team and allocate work
College degree or above
Knowledge of 6S, lean manufacturing, garment manufacturing processes, and improvement project management
Excellent in 4 English skills
Priority:
Working experience in LMA 2.0
Number of years of experience:
Al least 2 years
of experience in lean Asst Manager or lean Manager position.
Ability to manage a team and allocate work
College degree or above
Knowledge of 6S, lean manufacturing, garment manufacturing processes, and improvement project management
Excellent in 4 English skills
Priority:
