Reply to question about complaints, products, and services of the company.
Actively research and propose ideas to bring satisfaction to customers in the process of experiencing products and services.
Taking care of customers through the Loyalty program.
Receive incoming calls from customers including Vietnamese and foreign customers.
Update and develop short product and service guides.
Actively research and test when launching new products.
Implement projects related to customer care.
And other tasks from superiors.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Graduated with major in economics, finance, administration, ...
Good communication via call phone.
The spirit of serving customers.
Creative and ideas to increase efficiency in the process of serving customers and work.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Hard-working, diligent, honest, enthusiasm and able to work under high pressure.
Sense of responsibility, hard work and patience.
Knowledge about the financial, stock market, or experience of at least 1 year in securities is an advantage.
