Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Execute cash and non-cash transactions with precision, adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage the account lifecycle, including opening and closing accounts for both corporate and individual clients
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information in our banking systems
