Job Overview
Team Leader, Customer Service’s role focus on plan, co-ordinate and leading the activities of the customer service team to foster an excellent customer relationship. To co-ordinate with Supply Chain Manager, ASEAN to improve supply chain and warehousing process and execute the policies and procedures to optimize efficiency of the teams for achieving the organizational and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Customer Service team, supervising day-to-day operations and provide solution to the customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Work with Supplier Chain Manager, ASEAN to develop / streamline policies & procedures and identify and implement strategies to improve supply chain and warehousing process.
- Establishes & implement the customer service policies & procedure eg: quoting, order entry, pricing, web order processing, lead qualification and the verification and coordination of customer requirements.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiencies of customer services and warehouse process.
- Coach and train up new Customer Services Representatives and warehouse staff.
- Co-ordinate and manage customer service, supply chain and warehouse projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with Quality System Supervisor in China for establishment of Quality Management System with ISO standard and support to obtain the ISO accreditation.
