Position title:
Customer Support
Working time:
40 hours/week. Monday - Friday, work in shifts:
swing shift: 1 PM - 10 PM
night shift: 10 PM - 7 AM
Working location: Helios Building, Quang Trung Solutions Complex, To Ky, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12
As a Customer Support, you will:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while proactively identifying problems and making recommendations regarding solutions
Identify issues ensuring it is properly analyzed and collaborate with internal teams for swift issue resolution
Provide first-level technical support to clients and trading partners via phone, email, and ticketing system
Provide walk-through sessions via phone/email
Document support interactions, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, in a clear and concise manner
Strictly adhere to defined procedures and processes
Proactively communicate with clients to provide status updates daily
Other tasks assigned by Leader(s)/Manager(s)

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Strong English communication skills both written and verbal; Ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely. (TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.5 and above)
Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or related field preferred.
Active listener and customer empathy skills are a must. Must be able to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario and clearly translate technical to consumer knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting skills, including research of errors, reproducing support problems in different environments.
Must have strong attention to detail and thorough when completing tasks.
Must be customer-service oriented; Actively look for ways to help internal and external teams.
Working on weekends and VN/US holidays are required as this product offers 24/7 service
