As a Customer Support (Support Analyst), you will:
KRA 1: Assist customers to use TrueCommerce products and related concerns
Follow-up on unacknowledged transactions
Work with EDI mapping in upgrading EDI maps and other teams for solutions
Answer support emails and chat
Resolve customers’ technical issue/errors related to TrueCommerce solutions
Track support inquires through the support CRM ensuring the customer issue is resolved
Report abnormal system activities or downtime
KRA 2: Analyze and document trading partner requirements
KRA 3: Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
Strong English verbal and written communication with Foreigners or English speakers.
Used to work over night before
Working time: 5 days/week. 10 PM – 7 AM (on-site)
Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or related field preferred.
