1. Data architecture, gathering large and complex data to meet debt recovery requirements;
2. Coordinate with Units to automate part or all of operations in the debt settlement process;
3. Deploy data digitization solutions, taking advantage of digital data to simplify work processes;
4. Administration and operation of systems including but not limited to software and information systems;
5. Receiving, classifying and handling system support requests of the Units;
6. Report to the Team Lead/Manager/Director on the implementation of periodical/non-periodic reporting or at the request of the Management/Leadership of the Company;
7. Establish and maintain the relationship between the Company and the units in the system to serve the work effectively;
8. Comply with policies and procedures promulgated from time to time in order to minimize risks in operations and improve work efficiency.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company's leaders

Qualification/Professional:
Graduated from University, majoring in Banking/Finance/Computer Science/Information Technology
Experience: 02 years working in the field of Banking/Finance/Computer Science/Information Technology
