Data Entry Team Leader - Work In D7 HCMC - Full Night Shift - Salary Of 14.700.000VND Net

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5 data entry personnel.
Collect ticket information from websites provided by the company. Buy the tickets as required by manager’s instructions.
Communicate regularly with the direct manager to report team performance, issues, and progress.
Monitor and track the team’s performance, and collect data on their output and quality.
Fill out reports using pre-made templates of team members and yourself and submit them to the manager at the end of each shift.
Complete other tasks as requested by the manager.
Provide feedback to the team to help improve efficiency.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and data.
Carry out other responsibilities as required by management.
WORKING TIME:
5 night working shifts a week. From 8PM to 5AM. (Night shift will have 30% salary bonus per hour from 10PM-5AM, by law.)
1 hour of break in any time of the shift.
Complete data entry tasks yourself when not engaged in leadership duties.
You will have TWO random days off/week, this will be decided by the company.

Salary review once a year.
