Administrating CRM databases (Vietnamworks and Navigos Search). Involved in research and implementation of Engineering strategic projects to improve UX by data and performance.
1. Administrate CRM databases.
- Backup/ restore with Infrastructure team.
- Maintain Replication, ensure high DB performance.
- Maintain data standards, consistency, and security.
2. Work closely with CRM team in project development.
- New fields/tables are well designed and compatible with CRM.
- Support data reports, tuning queries.
- Support and manage data integration between CRM and other systems (DWH, AX, online DBs, etc.)
3. Support Vietnamworks databases.
