Logistics Officer (Contractor)

• Manage performance of 3PL, include warehouse and transportation. Make sure 3PL to comply with terms & conditions in the Service agreement. Do supplier audit base on Yara’s standards.
• Arrange transportation for delivery to customer and transferring product between warehouses and on SUN system.
• Input stock movements on SUN system, documented properly.
• Control inventory & allocate stock at each warehouse.
• Follow up and do inventory report (including FG, material, packaging, damaged good), aging report.
• Sourcing inland transportation, warehouse rental.
• Sourcing materials for local blends.
• Manage contracts with suppliers, include contractual proposal, annex adding and payment.
• Arrange sample delivery for marketing/ value chain campaigns.
• Handle export shipments; support on product registration process.
• Assist HESQ to follow up Synergi cases and other HESQ tasks.
• Support customer service with sales order process when required.
• Back up at site to supervise 3PL activities when required.
• Other assigned tasks when required.
