Legal Manager – Safeguard & Drive Business Compliance

Key Responsibilities
Licensing & Government Relations
• Manage and obtain all required company licenses, including the Investment Certificate, Business License, and Education Operation License.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities (DPI, DOET, Department of Transport, Department of Construction, Police, People’s Committee, etc.).
• Represent the company in meetings and work with authorities to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Contract & Compliance Oversight
• Review, draft, and manage all contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Supervise adherence to corporate policies and provide guidance on regulatory procedures & inspections to mitigate legal risks.
• Guide and support centers in following legal regulations, procedures, and audits.
Legal Advisory & Risk Management
• Provide legal counsel to internal departments and management teams on corporate, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Handle critical customer negotiations and dispute resolutions.
Trademark & Labor Union Management
• Oversee trademark applications, renewals, and intellectual property protection.
• Manage labor union activities and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Regulatory Reporting & Documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant authorities.
• Maintain legal records and ensure proper documentation management.
