Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Viland Travel’s business goals. This role is pivotal in optimizing the performance of all digital channels, improving lead generation, and enhancing brand awareness in the global luxury travel market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online marketing tools, possess strong leadership capabilities, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Strategy
: Create and implement a data-driven digital marketing
strategy to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness across channels.
• SEO/SEM Management
: Lead efforts in SEO and paid search (Google Ads) to boost traffic
and conversions.
• Content & Campaign Management
: Oversee content creation and manage multi-channel
campaigns (search, social, email, display) to achieve optimal ROI.
• Social media & Engagement
: Manage social media presence, crafting campaigns that
increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Data & Performance Tracking
: Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC) to optimize marketing
efforts and provide actionable insights.
• Lead Generation & Conversion
: Design strategies to acquire high-quality leads and
improve conversion rates.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
: Lead a marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
• Budget & Resources
: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost- efficiency and maximum campaign impact.
