Digital Marketing Officer (Aeon Mall Long Bien - 415)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Digital Marketing Officer (Aeon Mall Long Bien)
+ Work location: Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM) per week)
+ Report to: Team Leader/ Manager
1. Follow up target of digital team, monitor digital channels including: Social media platforms, Website, Digital signage, Mobile application and Advertising channels/tools to ensure the company’s marketing & communication and business goals are achieved (30%).
2. Collect and analyze customer behavior metrics, evaluate the digital channels’ performance to identify trends and insights (20%).
3. Report digital channels’ performance by month or by campaign to see the current situation, and how to improve (15%).
4. Update content on specific channels: Website, digital signage and mobile application… to spread out information to customers (15%).
5. Contribute creative ideas to all digital channels to bring unique contents that attract customers to AEON MALL Long Bien (10%).
6. Support Digital Marketing leader and teammates to make plan and report (5%).
7. Other tasks as assigned (5%).
