Distributor Capability Manager

Job purpose:
Responsible to ensure building capabilities that modernizes and professionalizes the distributors in line with distributor and Sub-D of the future operation model and operations
Roles & responsibilities
 Gather input, monitor performance of distributor’s performance in line with expected capabilities and competencies to be developed. Spot new opportunities for development during yearly planning cycle
 Develop, monitor, assess and maintain a transparent and visible Distributor Capability improvement plan with 4-quarter activities
 Execute and track the distributor engagement program, business review meetings and training activities as assigned from time to time
 Build distributor incentive program and evaluate the effectiveness
 Coordinate with other departments (Sales, CS&L, Finance, Digital & Technology etc.) to develop capability of the distributors
