Distributor Compliance Officer

1. Distributor Recognition:
• Handle distributor recognitions such wall of fame, success magazine, company’s facebook & website
• Prepare daily/monthly/ quarterly KPI reports (Monthly/quarterly Business Review, oversea purchase report, recognition list) to provide analysis on performance reports to give higher management more insight about the leaders and business
• Support management pin and awards inventory
• Review and assist in implementing new sales programs/initiatives by providing internal trainings and communication materials
• Support management the distributor communication such as Net Express, Executive express from sales events/ programs/initiatives
• Prepare daily/monthly/ quarterly KPI reports (Monthly/quarterly Business Review, oversea purchase report, recognition list) to provide analysis on performance reports to give higher management more insight about the leaders and business
2. Distributor Compliance (DC):
• Educate distributors and the team about the Policy & Procedures to protect the Company's image and the business opportunity
• Investigate and research for possible violations
• Prepare and maintain accurate, organized Case Files and provide Regional Distributor Compliance with all necessary case information
• Communication between the Account Managers and Regional Distributor Compliance & legal team concerning compliance cases
• Review materials on changes of Policy and Procedures and printed forms (merging form, transfer form etc..)
• Manage on Field Watch (Covid claims, product/ opportunity claims, Test buy)
• Manage Oversea Speaker registration system (VN Travel form)
• Handle on Distributor Conduct: Sponsor Change, Oversea transfer, Switch BA to PC, merge
• Review slide of distributors’ meeting
• Any job tasks assigned by manager
