Sales Performance Analyst

Panasonic Sales Vietnam is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst in the South area that will assist with the planning of Field Force operations, manage & analyze data, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing Departments for efficient communication and coordination of operations. The incumbent will perform the following responsibilities:
•   Provide support to the Management team in planning Field Force operations.
•   Manage and update the Field Force data, use data analyst tools to extract data from data sources.
•   Assist the Field Force Management team in reviewing our monthly performance of PGs/ Sales Reps.
•   Work with other Field Force members for organizing, scheduling, and monitoring team projects from inception to completion.
•   Collaborate with Sales/ Marketing/other departments to ensure effective communication and operational coordination.
•   Assist in analyzing data and making reports to Field Force Management.
•   Consolidate information and report to the Field Force Management team.
•   Prepare payment and necessary documentation for the system.
