Responsibilities:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing online sales platforms, and optimizing the customer experience to increase online revenue. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and sales plans (monthly/quarterly/annually) to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and boost sales.
• Oversee daily operations of the online store, including revenue forecasting, product listings, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and inventory coordination.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, IT, customer service) to ensure alignment between e-commerce initiatives and overall business goals.
• Implement and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Search, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Monitor shop performance: traffic, conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), return rate, and ensure revenue maximization.
• Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends and technologies to apply best practices and drive innovation.
• Liaise with e-commerce platform partners to negotiate deals and participate in platform-supported campaigns.
• Utilize data tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.) to track performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.

• Full ownership of e-commerce project for nutra/health products (bone health, diabetes, weight loss, anti-aging, etc.).
• Manage multi-channel presence: website, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and social commerce (Facebook, Zalo).
• Coordinate logistics with 3PL partners and manage the order fulfillment process.
• Lead online sales campaigns with a strong focus on conversion-driven design and performance marketing.
• Maintain and expand the customer base, particularly targeting age 45+ with optimized user experience and customer service.
• Support cross-selling and upselling strategies for repeat customers.
Working time:
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

3rd Floor, Ha Phan Building, 17 - 19 Ton That Tung, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
