Innovative Hub is an e-commerce enabler, offering a wide range and effective services to SMEs. As the official Global Service Partner of Alibaba.com in Singapore, IH has served more than 1,000 local SMEs, transforming and digitalising their traditional business onboard Alibaba.com
IH enables businesses to sell globally through digitalisation and delivers innovative applications like Digital Marketing Services, Cross Border Ecommerce Solutions and offline Business Matching Services to companies specialising in e-commerce platforms for them to go beyond traditional business practices.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for searching, contacting by phone, introducing, consulting and selling service packages of Alibaba Group (Alibaba.com) for export enterprises.
● Solve, judge directly, persuade Export Enterprises to buy service packages of Alibaba Group.
● Build and maintain client relations.
● Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Service teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
● Meet and exceed KPIs and sales team targets.
● Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
● Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
● Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
● Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
● Other tasks required by CEO/ Director.
