Mô tả công việc
Assist in updating and maintaining the company’s compliance policies and procedures.
Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions for any identified non-compliance issues.
Work closely with CSR team to ensure that all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are compliant with relevant laws and ethical standards.
Assist in identifying potential compliance risks and work with relevant departments to develop mitigation strategies.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Experience with internal audits and risk management.
At least 1 year of experience in a compliance or related role, preferably in the manufacturing or leather goods industry.
Communication, interpersonal and training skills.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental, Occupational safety, or related field.
Knowledge of ISO, CTPAT are preferred
Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices.
At least 1 year of experience in a compliance or related role, preferably in the manufacturing or leather goods industry.
