Mô tả công việc
1. Conducting Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis together with team members and the software vendor.
2. Identifying and designating processes and tasks that would need to remain "offline" together with team members and management.
3. Restructuring processes, defining data-entry rules with team members.
4. Working on making an implementation plan together with the software vendor.
5. Supporting the ERP team in administration tasks related to the project.
6. Onboarding more than 50 users.
7. Following the implementation and go-live phases carefully.
