Mô tả công việc
• Active in the planning and leading of company events including in-house or off-site activities, like company trip, celebrations, and conferences.
• Organize & implement relevant event that aligned with business plan to support project activities;
• Cooperate with related team to implement synchronized internal events efficiently and effectively;
• Conduct market research, gather information, research vendors and negotiate contracts;
• Other tasks related to event/activation of communication & logistics assigned by Management level;
• Invoices, suppliers check/survey, contracts, quotation, … and other relative documents
• Perform other related job responsibilities as assigned
