Event Manager

Coordinate with other departments to implement and manage events
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
Lead promotional activities for the event
Ensure events are carried out successfully and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
Plan and execute online and offline events according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
Approve all aspects before the day of the event
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Experienced in managing online and offline events
Proven experience as an event manager
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to offering solutions
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Ability to plan and execute projects with many moving parts
Self-starter’s attitude
Familiarity with event trends and developments
Strong organizational and management skills
Ability to analyze event performance and outcomes, driving data-informed insights for future improvements
