As a Business Development Manager
at Decathlon, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth for Retail Decathlon Vietnam.
You manage commercial and partnership strategy, execution, and revenue performance with the key objective of optimizing partnership profitability and sustainability.
This role reports to Hanoi Regional Leader.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company‘s market presence and revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and successful deal closures.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business development activities to senior management.
