- Develop and implement production plans to meet sales and operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage and optimize production resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to finished product shipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and develop a team of production supervisors and staff.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure factory performance.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
