Field Specialist III A&i

- Conduct analysis of internal factory systems and how they relate to the overall effectiveness of the system.
- As needed, support the development and implementation of tools and training at the factory level.
- Conduct desktop-based remediation process (Online and Offline CAPA review, re-grades, and documentation review) and deliver high and consistent quality of result within required timeframe.
- Ability to identify steps required to implement internal changes and create a plan to complete each task.
- Coordinates and assist with logistics and tracks works.
- Participate in team development.
- Support Program Manager in development of training content related to advisory services and assist in delivery of trainings in local language and English.
- Support the Program Manager and Team Leader, as needed, in specific project-based work in CBCI and Operations.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
