Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget and forecast.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support.
Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business units to gather relevant financial and operational data.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Act as a financial advisor to various departments, offering guidance on financial implications and best practices.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation of financial processes and procedures.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
- Support fundrasing and M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes
