Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment
- Implement recruitment procedure to find suitable candidates following to recruitment's plan and request of sections to find suitable candidates.
- Attend the job fair and hiring activities in school or in charge to organize for job fair external.
- Update the hiring situation based on every section’s demand.
2. Training
- Periodical training for whole factory to maintain company policy, regulation and keep updating with labor law if necessary.
- Orientation training for newcomers regarding company policy, regulation and JPN’s culture.
- Make training plan periodically, set up the training inside/outside, evaluate training result.
3. Compensation and benefit
- Make personal income tax (PIT) including the tax code setup, deduction family registration; PIT calculation monthly and PIT finalization.
- Count the salary and payroll for the whole factory.
- Make and manage labor contract, addendum of labor contract, termination of labor contract for Vietnamese and foreigners (if any).
- Prepare and submit the Insurance report periodical to the local Insurance department.
- Checking the time attendance daily, maintain the company rule in the working time as well as the fingerprint for attendance control.
- Set up evaluation system; quarterly and yearly evaluation and making bonus files. Control time and contents of evaluation for Labor contract implementation and maintain evaluation file.
4. Reporting
- Make labor reports for local authority department periodically or regarding requirements.
- Get the personal information as well as update the weekly, monthly and yearly report for turnover rate /training rate/evaluation rate/maternity leave…
- Update personal policy and HR’s budget controlling periodically.
5. Employee relationship
- Keep good relations with/among HR in wide range.
- Ensure employees in company complying with Laws and internal regulations.
- Coordination with Trade Union to keep good relations among related parties as well as maintain equal working conditions for employees.
