Mô tả công việc
• Document and audit Standard Operating Procedures for sample submission.
• Promote good team spirit between relevant vendor, QA team and Merchandising Units to align to Brand strategy.
• Review Tech Packs to ensure all technical specifications are required by the Customers.
• Monitor the sample quality performance can be met customers’ specifications and compliance with tech package.
• Measure sample and ensure all measurement is compliance with Customer’s approved size specification.
• Maintain the 1st sample and the resubmit sample timing should be turn out within the agreed time frame for each individual customer.
• Produce alternative sample for customer using alternative methods if original method is not appropriate.
