Job Description:
-
Record properly all accounting data in software (MISA) according to company requirements.
- Checking cash book made by Cashier
- Following up and make monthly reconcilation payables and receivables
- Calculating and recording fixed assets, depreciation, prepaid expenses allocation
- Handling other work related to bank. Receving and verifying payment requests from other departments to make payment list before submitting to Chief accountant.
- Check & review accounting ledgers on a daily basis to do quarterly, monthly or annual statutory financial statements.
- Statistics, provision and substantiates of data when there are requested from Chief Accountant, BOD or state agencies.
- Develop and formulate accounting methods and reports.
- Monthly reconcilation bank book and bank statement
- Analyze internal data, internal reports, management reports
- Contact point to work with tax authority
- Cash flow planning for businesses
- Control tax compliance and propose methods to minimize tax risks
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief accountant BOD
