General Accountant (Temporary - 1 Year)

1. Manage Financial Processes
Oversee all core accounting functions like accounts payable (A/P), journal entries, and monthly
closing procedures.
Ensure efficient processing of all financial transactions within the organization.
Supervise and review all accounting procedures, including year-end closing.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance
Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting reports
Design and implement audit schedules for external auditors.
Work directly with external auditors for statutory financial statements.
Monitor account reconciliation, tax calculations, and cost accounting to ensure tax compliance.
Analyze general ledger accounts regularly to identify trends and potential issues.
Develop and formulate reports for regular use and presentations

3. Budgeting and Forecasting
Analyze financial data and support in forecasting the organization's financial needs.
Develop budgetary plans for various processes.
4. Financial Systems and Controls
Organize and maintain all company financial programs to comply with budgetary requirements.
Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures.
Provide support for the safekeeping of internal company expenses.
Evaluate current accounting methods and processes for potential improvements.
Manage and maintain finance-related programs and documents, including future plans and programs.
5. Tax
Prepare periodical tax report (VAT, CIT, PIT…), ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulation
Contact point to work with tax authority during the on-going tax inspection by Tax Department
