Job Criteria:
• Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding steel products into international markets.
• Strategic Planning:
Analyze market trends, supply chains, and industry regulations to create data-driven business strategies.
• Client & Partner Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners, suppliers, and customers to foster business growth.
• Company Representation:
Serve as the company’s representative at industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation:
Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Leadership & Ownership:
Take initiative in driving projects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
• Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to optimize the supply chain and sales strategies

Performance Bonus: Monthly bonuses based on business performance
