Responsibilities:
• Receive & handle Tenant’s complaints/requests/feedbacks;
• Manage Tenant Experience’s hotline and email;
• Directly meet and survey on Tenants’ needs & requirements to ensure Tenant’s satisfaction;
• Prepare Building’s advisory/guidelines, activities, engagement events for Tenants’ information.
• Manage Building’s access cards;
• Prepare paperworks, payments, service agreements;
• Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to Management;
• Supervise Front Desk Reception and Management Office;
• Train & provide guidance to Receptionist and Customer Service Staffs for professionalism;
• Support Building Management Department in daily Building site checks to ensure cleanliness and detect defects (if any);
• Organize, implement events/wellbeing class for Tenants (survey, campaigns, activities);
• Collaborate with other local businesses and organizations to offer Tenants’ exclusive opportunities and benefits;
• Manage the budget for Tenant Experience Department, develop Tenant Experience’s initiatives, & ensure effective allocation of resources;
• Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
