• Production Planning and Scheduling
• Develop and implement production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to prioritize production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
• Capacity Planning and Resource Allocation
• Monitor production capacity and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to support production requirements.
• Inventory Management
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to balance production needs and inventory targets.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes within the production process.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to drive productivity and quality improvements.
• Resource Management and Optimization
• Monitor production capacity and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to support production requirements and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
