Strategic Planning
:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the agency attracts top talent.
- Develop retention strategies, including employee engagement programs, career development opportunities, and succession planning.
Employee Relations
:
- Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of feedback and communication.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Build up company's culture through internal event activities and working environment.
Performance Management
:
- Lead the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
- Work with department heads to identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
- Ensure the agency remains compliant with all local labor laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.
Compliance & Reporting
:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure the agency's compliance.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
:
- Champion DEI initiatives and create strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Implement training programs that enhance cultural competence and promote diversity.
HR Administration
:
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records and ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR service delivery.
