Job Summary:
The Head of Retail Marketing and e-commerce is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across all retail channels, including physical stores and online platforms. This role involves leading a dynamic team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
· Develop and implement integrated retail marketing and eCommerce strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
· Define and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
2. Team Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and eCommerce specialists.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages professional growth and high performance.
3. Digital Marketing
:
· Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
· Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
4. eCommerce Management:
· Manage the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
· Optimize the online store for maximum conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
· Collaborate with IT and Group Digital teams to implement new features and enhancements.
5. Retail Marketing:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies for physical retail locations to drive foot traffic and in-store sales.
· Plan and manage local and regional marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
6. Customer Experience:
· Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
· Leverage customer feedback and insights to improve the customer journey continuously.
7. Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
· Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with other departments, such as operation, commercial, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with suppliers/brands, external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.
9. Market Analysis and Insights:
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
· Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing performance and market conditions
