Mô tả công việc

1. Supplier search and evaluation
- Search for and evaluate foreign suppliers based on quality, price, and service.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
2. Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract terms with international suppliers.
- Ensure purchase contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
3. Order Management and Delivery:
- Monitor production progress and shipping of orders from abroad.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
4. Issue Resolution:
- Handle issues related to product quality, delivery schedules, and other arising matters.
- Propose effective corrective solutions.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and evaluate supplier performance.
- Analyze purchasing data to optimize processes and costs.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Education: University degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in international purchasing or an equivalent position.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with foreign partners.
Computer Skills: Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office) and purchasing management software.
Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Personal Qualities: Honest, flexible, hardworking, sociable, and friendly with colleagues.
