Short-term challenges:
- Quick self-learning about the company business, policy &
process within the first 2 weeks.
- Ability to quickly grasp a large management area
Long-term challenges:
- Translation of working documents, reports from Vietnamese
– Chinese (sometimes English – Chinese) and vice versa.
- Support BOD to review/comment on documents or reports prepared by company staffs if so required.
- Support BOD’s general affairs, administrative tasks i.e: booking hotel, flight, car and so on.
- Arrange meeting and attend to make minute of meeting if so required.
- Communication between BOD and company staffs.
- Maintain recording and updating to BOD of all related and/or assigned tasks if so required.
- Support company staffs to communicate, report, submit documents to BOD for review and approval.
- Other works required by VGD.
Main Responsibilities (Frequency)
1. Translation and communication bilingual Vietnamese – 50% Chinese (sometimes English – Chinese)
2. Support BOD’s general affairs, administrative tasks i.e: 10% booking hotel, flight, car, arrange meeting and making MOM, etc.
3. Support BOD to review/comment on documents or reports 40% prepared by company staffs if so required.
4. Support company staffs to communicate, report, submit documents to BOD for review and approval.
5. Maintain recording and updating to BOD of all related and/or assigned tasks if so required.
